Manor Primary School was opened in 1973. We are a medium-sized school with a happy, family atmosphere where everyone is known, respected and valued.

All children are different and unique, so we get to know them as individuals; we provide what each child needs at the point of need so that they can grow, develop and learn in a way that is right for them. We want all our children to reach their full academic potential, and to do so as healthy, happy and secure young people.

The primary school years pass by all too quickly and are a precious time for laying foundations and creating special memories. We teach in a way that not only secures understanding, but which creates interest and excitement and stimulates the desire to know more about the world. This includes a rich and broad curriculum as well as numerous extra-curricular activities, use of our extensive and beautiful outdoor areas (including our own heated swimming pool!), and a wide range of trips and residentials.
